http://www.accessecu.com/support/AccessPORTUpdater.exe

SAME AS 1.08 MAPS, however the "lockout" problems have been addressed.

Thanks guys.

Download this program on your computer. Attach your AP to your computer via USB and run the program you just downloaded(AccessPort Updater). Depending on when the lats update was, this program may take a few minutes. Please follow the on-screen prompts. As per our engineers, please uninstall and re-install after the newest firmware to get the 108B maps. Reconnect the AP to your GTR and the newest version, 1.08B, maps will all be there. Load what ever map is appropriate for your modifications and fuel. Please let me know how your car performs with the new mapping.

The version 108B maps will run:

Stage 1 - @ sea level 16.5PSI(+/-.8) AFR: 11.2 under WOT
Stage 2 - @ sea level 17.1PSI(+/-.8) AFR: 11.5 under WOT

For a point of reference, dyno results(Mustang DYNO) at 4500FT: STG2 100 OCTANE v.1.08- 510TQ and 486 HP. This is almost identical to the version 1.04 Maps that had boost cut issues.

Thank you for your continued support. irock.gif

I assumed those figures are at wheels, correct? Did you have a chance to dyno the same car without the 1.08 map? Would this allow the car to run decat downpipe?

Since I've installed it, maybe I'll chime in. It will have every "types" of maps you had with 1.04 version, but now everything is in 1.08. So, you will still have your econ mode and valet mode, but it'd be v.108.

Yeah, this would be my last try. If I'm going to have the same issues as I had w/ 1.04 or the butt dyno is telling me otherwise, I'll return it until they get their problems resolved.

John,
Would this new version allow you to run drop-in air intake filters like K&N ones?

okay, on the AP it only shows about 17-18 maps, so it didnt show anything since I had all the stock maps, my stock ecu map i saved and the 1.07 map I saved PLUS all the new 1.08 maps.... so i had to go delete all the 1.04 maps, cept i saved my stock and stage 1 and 2. for 93 oct.... it DOES NOT SHOW the 1.08 maps in AP manager for some reason..... but once hooked up to the car the AP now shows the 1.08 map..... my car is downloading the new flash as we speak and I'll go run it.... i do have a HKS drop in filter in there so we will see.....

After you do the update take the AP back to your car and select the Change Map option. The AP should pull up your 1.08 maps at that point.

If you get an error that too many maps are on your AP, take your AP back to your computer and use AP Manager to remove a few of the maps you don't need anymore. The AP can only hold 20 maps for one vehicle. Then go back to the car and that error should go away.

I hope this helps.

FELT VERY STRONG.... and drove quite smooth.... looking good!!

Had the same problem, I deleted just about everything except couple 1.04 maps. But after I plugged it back to the car, for some reason I have all the old 1.04 maps back plus the new 1.08. Maybe I will leave it the way it is for now.

I thought 1.08 was supposed to bring it up to 16.5 psi, what's going on? Or 16.5 psi is only achievable with 100 octane fuel? I will give it a shot tomorrow morning. But let's hope that boost level is just due to other "external" conditions.....
