LMAO BHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, omg 1st off that guy is an idiot, stupid FOB, that's exactly what he gets for driving that road with no SKILL, god his driving was horrible. 2nd idiots like him are the reason I don't go to that road anymore, bunch of inexperienced noobs coming out there with ego who crash their cars, I can't tell you how many times I have had to give people rides from that road after crashing their cars, JESUS. 3rd He was driving slower than my GRANDMA, OMG upgrade your driver skill stupid ass before you do something only skilled experienced track drivers should be doing. Hell I've seen amateur miata driver's on that road drive with 10 times the skill and precision than that(IN ONE LANE!!!!), wow that idiot got exactly what he deserved. 4th Thank god dude in the red MR was recording that, man that video was worth a great laugh.
Sorry for the rant but that makes me so PISSED its not funny, I would kill for an R35, but unlike Taiwan boy over there I don't have mommy and daddy to drop 100k on the car for me, I have to work my ass off, just to save to make a down payment on an R35. That R35 DID NOT DESERVE A HORRIBLE DRIVER. PS: This reminds me off the kid who played the initial D video game then immediately afterwords went up to turn bull drove like crap and crashed his auto miata. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Kids-pl...-video_5463.htm This post has been edited by Touge+R35=Sex0r: Mar 18 2009, 04:33 AM |

I have an EVO 9 MR as well and frankly, behind the wheel of a good driver, a Civic EG with a K20 swap could take a GTR around the track.

Did ya see the driving ability of the 20 year old spoiled brat in the GT-R? My 13 year old daughter could have driven that GT-R better than that punk ass kid. Evo driver was also a knucklehead for racing @ night. As for the big-headed GT-R owners..................Lets see a modified GT-R (with a driver), go against the highly modded EVO and see who gets left in the dust! or for that matter, stock GT-R to stock EVO! Trust me bro, U don't have to have a heavily modded evo to beat a gtr. I am still on the stock turbo and I beat a stock gtr by 2 cars on the freeway. Is this common in Southern California? Is this road known because it is commonly raced? I've heard of a few L.A. roads that are infamous for racing and the resulting accidents. Mullholland Dr. and Topanga Canyon Driftway are known even in the midwest. I drove from L.A. to S.F. on HWY #1 with a rented Mustang GT, very nice drive except for the sport bikers abusing the roads. Seems the young'ns and the few dumb'ns think playing PS3 games and a 1250cc sport bike qualifies them to use a heavily-traveled road like there own private road course. If they kill themselves that's too bad, if they kill an entire family it is an atrocious criminal act. From what I hear the California Hwy Patrol has added drastic new enforcement measures and that many cars and bikes are being seized. Sounds ugly though, I've heard some innocent cruiser's get fined because the cops suspect racing because they have a fast car. LOL, i never heard it called Topanga Canyon "Driftway". Yes we have a few roads, and Topanga is the closest one to my house. We have a few here in San Diego too that I've done a few times too, Palomar and Highland Valley Road [none of these runs were ever in the GT-R]. Yea, cops have gotten pretty knarly along PCH, but then again, we have a new charger in the line up of cop cars and that fool hides in my canyon at like 3 am with his lights off [nothing better to do I suppose]. Racing is over-rated ... and i've done my stupid share of stuff, but some people don't walk away from accidents like this [my friend recently passed away after speeding through the canyon leading up to my house on Palisades Drive]. |

Street racing and amateur racing have too many variables involved. An evo vs a GT-R with equal drivers = I think you know the answer. But again, there are too many possible variables to guarantee an outcome each time.

Parents are in competition with other parents.
Keeping up with the Jones' at it's finest. Same thing with the kid and the white M3 last year. -------------------- "A man who shoots abortion doctors is an extremist. An eco-fanatic who torches logging sites is an extremist. Abdulmutallab is not one of these. He is a jihadist. And unlike the guys who shoot abortion doctors, jihadists have cells all over the world; they blow up trains in London, nightclubs in Bali and airplanes over Detroit (if they can); and are openly pledged to war on America.
Any government can through laxity let someone slip through the cracks. But a government that refuses to admit that we are at war, indeed, refuses even to name the enemy -- jihadist is a word banished from the Obama lexicon -- turns laxity into a governing philosophy."-Charles Krauthammer ![]() |

Ya better get A new turbo. Along with a new fart cannon in the rear. If you plan on getting a GT-R, Plan on getting a newer improved attitude and sense before purchasing one..seriously, You don't want to end up just like that kid who crashed.
