Great tip, does the RPM hold at 4000 so you can launch? It appears from the video that it starts dropping back down right away.

Doesn't the VDC kick in with that high a launch RPM?

Good thing you kept on the brake on that second one, or that vette woulda been toast.

Just tried it out, on R and OFF, hit 3900RPM. As u'd expect, on R mode it bogs. When OFF, its slightly less aggressive than LC1. Thanx for the tip hump.gif

I tried on 80C and it reached to 3K. Try 85C+ it should work.

Just to be clear, it took me well over 5 tries to achieve 3900K.

I noticed similar behavior when I first got my update a while ago.... I went home got my camcorder and record the process, but could not repeat it reliably.... so I never posted it.... maybe it's the brake pedal pressure, never really paid attention to that.....

Has anyone else been able to do this? Seems like the best of both worlds for launch control...I'm surprised more people aren't curious about this with all the lc discussions around here....

Or maybe...GTR is launch control? And those people didn't understand? Or something like that...I think.

Anyway, thanks for your input!
