GTR didnt use launch control, if it did the time would be alot lower.

taking bets on which one will break first. laugh.gif

Very impressive results, but would worry about the reliability of either drivetrain. Sad to say, but the Corvette trans and diff will probably last longer without upgrades.

The other thing I am noticing... the GT-R times look similar to what you have for lightly modded cars on 60' and 0-60. Clearly the advantage picked up by additional power is the upper gear acceleration. Still excited about the potential this car has to put down some ridiculous numbers for those brave (and rich) enough to dump money into making it go fast! shiftdrive.gif

Highest speed attained to date - 191mph

it doesnt have the ssp parts in it. BUT after they released the video and people noticed it... hen cought wind of the ssp stuff and added that to his list (even tho he didnt mention the name ssp). so my guess is he will go out and make his own based on someone elses research.

I will bet you that SSP didn't exactly engineer their discs either. I am sure they removed the packs and gave them to different clutch manufacturers and asked what they could do. They may, or may not be exclusive from said supplier.
