Full Version: Red color GTR with black rims
The article with pics was posted today this morning by the norwegian bigest national news paper (the article was posted 7 hours before the Tokyo Motorshow reveals the car). The stupid news paper reporter said the GTR is equipted with V8 Twin Turbo, LOL! Another funny stupid thing the article said is that this Nissan has finaly made a universal supersport car for old people, they say old people is the major buyer of this car, LMAO! Anyway here's the link and pics to the article (if you can read norwegian). Matter in fact I got surprised that there would be a red color GTR with black rims, didn't expect that..

Wouldn't that be funny if Nissan was just spreading rumors about the size of the engine this whole time and it is actually a V8? This would explain the heavier than expected weight...

For the last time folks. WE'VE SEEN THE ENGINE. It is a V6. Not a V8! No car company would go out of their way to make a fake intake manifold to make people think a car has a V6 when it has a V8.
First of all we have all seen pretty good photochops of the car itself whats to say nissan didn't release them doctored, or have one car with a v6 that is the only that has been exposed. I believe that all of the manifold pictures are "compliments of nissan" couldn't they control what was released?
About the red, if they had put the black and red interior in that car I think I may have been converted from the dark metallic grey but the cream seats don't cut it for me.
Not to mention that I think there is more to come from the bumper, why else would they still be covering it up all of the time? Is this just a teaser?

Whites hott, but you gotta keep it clean. It would be cool to see a completely original color, a la 350Z Sunset Orange. At the time it was released, no other car had this color. I love silver, red, black, white, etc., but this car is worthy of a unique color.

I thought this would be another photochop thread but glad to see it wasnt! So much for the surprise tonight .
That red really brings out a lot details. The "GT-R" emblem located just fore of the door doesn't stand out that well when the car's silver. It looks beautiful.

No poop involved. I'm not a fan of red either. That Konig looks horrible to me...and I really love those cars. The red just kills it IMO.
I myself am a fan of the silver.

Totally agree here. I know the silver has been shown sooo much, but imo that is the color that best shows the lines of the car. The only other color I might consider is white.
