im 6'2 230lbs.... Altho im mostly muscle and probably can only shed maybe 10-15lbs ... but either or.. im glad a guy your size says they are comfortable.. I will be ordering these probably next week.
Heres my take
I drove up to Denver to sit in Jasons car (boulder nissan)
As Ive stated earlier Im 6'5" 240lbs I have more of a basketball build like a small power forward
I have around a 36-38" waist and im about 10% bodyfat
I do not have a big butt my wife always laughs and says i have no BUTT
My legs are not chicken legs but are no Tom Platz either just a pretty normal size guy dimensions for a person my height. ( i hope that makes sense) in other words i dont have like huge legs, or huge butt, or huge hips etc etc
so back to the seats
I could get in the car, it was EXTREMELY TIGHT on my legs and hips as in so tight it was actually painful pressure wise on my legs and hips
The upper portion of the seat was very snug not painful but i fit by say .000001" it was so tight it actually made a suction to the rear of the seat so everytime i leaned fw it would actually form a suction around my back.
I drove the car for about 10-15 minutes and my legs were pretty sore after and my hips as well.
I would think i could only stand for say 20 minute lapping sessions with the seats no way at all for daily driving
I just wish they made the seats about 1-2" wider, there is plenty of room in the car for it
As far as the height goes i was fine i had about 1.5" of headroom and there was still more available to drop the seats lower, so with a helmet on i would have to drop the seat lower.
The angle was pretty decent but i like my seat more upright and the way the adjustments are set up if you drop the back down the front of the seat raises up and if you raise the back up the front will go down.
but i would say for the avg size person the seats will be very awesome.
the build quality was top notch
they looked amazing in the car
But for the larger size GT-R owners i would not personally drop the $$$$$ without a test fit
