Hey, I just found this from Megan Racing for under $1000 on ebay.com

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/09-NISSAN-G...#ht_3432wt_1167

http://www.meganracing.com/uploadImage/regular/DSC00617.JPG

I'd expect it to be louder than stock and likely weigh less.

A similar design to the Megan from Super Sprint for $3400
http://cgi.ebay.com/Nissan-R35-Sky-Line-GT...#ht_3281wt_1167

Look, used OEM midpipe and cat back exhaust only $2500 on ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/Nissan-R35-Sky-Line-GT...#ht_4874wt_1167

If I were on a budget and looking for an aftermarket exhaust-
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TANABE-Meda...#ht_2075wt_1167
Tanabe Medallion for $1690
Specs- Piping 80-70mm Tip 120mm Qual Tips, full SUS304 stainless

Hmm looks like a poor design. I think maybe spend a bit more and get into the Tanabe. It is what I use and it sounds and looks great with perfect fit and finish!

what about this titanium catback exhaust?

yes its chinese but a few major vendors here use it

$1800 US plus delivery, not under $1000 but not a total failure

I think this jiajun is the manufactutrer of Limey Racing and Willall (this is the 2 which has the same exhaust). If these companies are selling the same thing, I guess the quality should be ok. I would not go with Megan, it has been famous for low quality at low price.

new jiajun stock style and hks style exhausts, looks good like the simpler jiajun design, would like to see switzer publish some detailed pics of it.

The tanabe seems fairly resonable, someone bought that for 14xx shipped, which is quite good.

After I talked to the guys on here I whent with the AAM mid pipe not the Megan it's junk

You get what you pay for. Cheaper exhaust systems may use lower quality materials. Another thing to consider is availbility, as well as, fit and finish. Spend the exatra money once to get something of higher quality instead of getting something you maybe disappoited with and spend even more money to replace it.

Incorrect sir, all of our stuff is fabricated in house.

For example here is our fabricator Brian, finishing up a set of 90mm downpipes yesterday:

You can pick up Tanabe MT for cheap... lower than the MSRP. I think those are pretty good without spending a fortune.

Is that tig or flux welded?

If Flux $2100 seems reasonable
