part of it is in chinese so had my GF take a look.. it says something about set vehicle distance speed? ...something like that 
It is just an engine oil service reminder. Says hit the information button and select maintenance menu, etc....
My translation consultant says-

Engine oil was changed 500km ago..guess the guys did not reset it.
