It is just an engine oil service reminder. Says hit the information button and select maintenance menu, etc....

My translation consultant says-
It reads:

---------------------
Notice:

Engine Oil
Set distance reached.

If you press the Information (情報) switch and select Maintenance Information (メンテナンス情報) you may configure this setting.
---------------------

My guess is that this engine oil notification is set to be displayed once a certain number of kilometers have been driven. The note suggests that the driver may either reconfigure or dismiss this from the Maintenance Information menu.

..................

We can set the maintenance reminder (oil change interval) for a set number of miles driven.
