Bad clutch from using launch control too much?, not gonna ask for more than $2000 dollars above the price of a previous gen M-3?, MY 2000-2006 M-3's are only worth between $20-30K so sounds way too good to be real. Even if the trans had a broken 1st gear it would be a steal at that trade price, especially for someone like me that could perform the repairs myself. Something smells.

I wonder if the seller has more than a few drops of Nigerian blood in his veins.

Dunno. I've never read about anyone replacing the clutch packs in the car, just the gears. Like the others, I think something is not right with the car ad.

Sounds like he really knows his cars. The SMG is known to be terrible.
