Down Pipes

Downpipes (aka test pipes, cat deletes, race pipes) are bolt in exhaust components that omit the front catalytic converters on the Nissan R35 GT-R. These can significantly increase exhaust flow improving performance. On a turbo car, such as the GT-R, aftermarket downpipes help the turbos spool much quicker, thus reducing lag and increasing overall horsepower and torque output.
